PENGANTAR MANAJEMENT

Dari survei yang kelompok kami dapatkan dari tugas pengantar manajemen,kami mendapati perbedaan dari 2 wirausaha yang sama-sama mengelola butik. Dari ke2 butik tersebut kami mendapati seperti kelemahan,kekuatan,tujuan dari wirausaha yang mereka dirikan,dan visi misi mereka mendirikan suatu usaha. Pada hari jumat lalu tepatnya tanggal 23 maret saya,dan 2 rekan saya menuju ketempat tujuan pertama kami yaitu butik lacoga yang berada daerah bekasi timur tepatnya perumnas III ,butik tersebut didirikan oleh seorang ibu-ibu yang bernama ibu dinda dan dia memiliki 2 pegawai atau karyawan yang bekerja dibutiknya tersebut. Berikut wawancara kami yang dilakukan oleh archita,indah,dan endah pada narasumber :

Archita,endah,indah : permisi bu ,,

Ibu dinda : iaa,ada yang bisa saya bantu ?

Archita : begini mbak kami mendapati tugas dari dosen kami untuk mewawancari sebuah usaha atau perusahaan yang bisa kami dapati perbedaannya,berkenankah bu untuk kami wawancari?

Ibu dinda : (tersenyum malu) owh silahkan tapi jangan susah-susah ya dek ... hehe

Lalu wawancara dimulai dari pertanyaan endah salah satu kelompok kami

Endah : iya bu mengapa ibu memilih mendirikan usaha butik ini di bandingkan usaha-usaha yang lain?

Ibu dinda : ya ,kalo menurut saya mengapa saya mengambil usaha ini karena bagi saya keuntungannya menjajikan dan berdasarkan hobi,selain itu saya juga dapat menjual berbagai alat kecantikan yang tidak jauh menyimpang dari usaha saya.

Endah : owh begitu ya bu ,lalu kalau begitu kira-kira menurut ibu apakah usaha yang didirikan mengambil banyak keuntungan apa malah ibu pernah mendapati kerugian ?

Ibu dinda : allhamdullilah selama ini saya mendapati keuntungan di luar perkiraan saya,karena usaha saya ini memproduksi sendiri jika barangnya belum habis 
terjual,saya bisa memberikan diskon dan seminggu sekali memproduksi model-model lain/terbaru/update.

Lalu pertanyaan di berikan oleh rekan kami archita .

Archita : baik bu pertanyaan saya lanjutkan,apa ibu tidak takut mendirikan usaha ini karena saya liat tempat ini strategis dan bisa dibilang jauh lebih mempunyai banyak pesaing ?

Ibu dinda : iya mbak,saya sih tidak merasa takut karena justru bagi saya pesaing memberikan saya motivasi agar lebih terpacu,dalam mengelola usaha yang saya dirikan ini .

Archita : owh begitu bu,baik bu lalu apakah ibu suka mengalami kesulitan dalam membayar gaji/upah pada ke2 pegawai ibu yang menjaga usaha ibu?

Ibu dinda : allhamdulilah sejauh ini tidak karena setiap harinya usaha saya di datanngi konsumen,dan kami mendapati sebuah langganan yang setiap minggunya datang ke toko saya.

Archita : owh kalau begitu,kami sudah mendapat kesimpulannya ibu sebelumnya kami mengucapkan terima kasih karena bersedia di wawancarai .

Ibu dinda : baik sama-sama dek .

Dari keterangan di atas kami bertiga mendapati kesimpulan,karena toko ini mempunyai beberapa kelemahan,kekuatan,dan visi,misi,ancaman .

Seperti kekutan usaha ini mereka memproduksi sendiri agar tidak banyak pesaing lain yang dapat menjiplak hasil mereka,dan kelemahan karena banyaknya pesaing ,konsumen menjadi terbagi kunjungan .

Lalu wawancara kami lanjutkan ke toko atau sebuah usaha yang sama , yang yaitu bertepatan pada toko ladies shop yang berada tidak jauh tempatnya pada butik yang kami datangi ,kami juga disana mendapati hal-hal yang perlu kami ketahui disana.kami bertemu pada pemilik yang mengelola usaha tersebut,uniknya dia adalah lulusan trisakti dan umurnya tak jauh beda dengan umur kami . mbak arti namanya seperti sebelumnya kami datang dan berikut wawancara yang dilakukan indah rekan salah satu kelompok kami :

Indah,archita,endah : permisi mbak ..

Mbak arti : iya ,mau cari apa mbak ?

Indah : mbak kami mendapati tugas dari salah satu dosen kami bersedia mbak kami wawancarai ?

Mbak arti : (dengan muka bingung ) owh saya bantu sebisa saya ya ..

Indah : baik mbak,langsung saja kira-kira menurut anda apakah usaha yang mbak dirikan ini mendapti keuntungan apa bahkan memperoleh kerugian ?

Mbak arti : tidak ,karena setiap usaha saling menutupi kerugian.

Indah : baik mbak,lalu mengapa mbak lebih membangun usaha ini,di bandingkan usaha lain ?

Mbak arti : karena menurt saya untuk jangka panjang barang,jika masih ada yang tersisa,bisa kami simpan atau di sale .dan dari usaha ini saya dapat mengerti fashion.

Indah : apakah mbak tidak takut mengalami kerugian karena usaha yang mbak dirikan kan banyak yang memperoleh pesaing ?

Mbak arti : tidak,untuk orang usaha pesaing diperlukan karena pesaing dapat membuat motivasi kita lebih besar .

Indah : apa sih visi mbak membuka lowongan pekerjaan ini ?

Mbak arti : yah saya sih hanya ingin membuak lowongan pekerjaan,atau peluang bagi masyarakat .

Indah : apakah mbak kesulitan dalam membayar upah atau gaji pada karyawan anda?

Mbak arti : iya karena pengaruhnya cuaca alam,

Dari survei yang kelompok kami lakukan kami juga mendapatkan kesimpulan yang kami dapatkan kesimpulan yang sama seperti butik yang sebelumnya .

What will I do the next 5 years

In 5 years are come i wanted to be successful careers woman who works in the company of leading banks in indonesia or work at the indonesian stock exchange bei ( companies ) and i want to get married. Having the family serene, peace, healthy, and happy. That's what I want to do for 5 years. Although I was married, I don't want to just quietly at home only. I still wanna be a lady successful careers and taking care of the household and my kids. Not mean that women are having a family or not can be married woman career. The present age a female could be anything . But still, no more than degrees women degree of men. So i can realize i want that. I want to workers in that place because i 'm going to be a lot of experience colleagues from outside negri, and also whet my capability in speaking. According to one person might gain experience as it could be anywhere in the world, without have to work in the indonesian stock exchange bei ( companies ) or in a bank. But i think differently, because i want to get a memorable experience and draw in the company.

If i have become the successful person 5 years to come, and could afford my own life without the help of parents and have a family of its own. The first one i 'm doing is felicitate both my parents. Because the prayer both my parents, i cannot be successful careers and married. And services both parents were more than our services as a child. Therefore with avenge services both my parents, i 'm eager to raise their pilgrimage.

A successful person is not easy we reverse the hand. Become successful people have with hard work and tremendous effort. Can not with instant offhand. So from that I should be more diligent again and have to keep trying. And not to be missed opportunity or chance that comes along. That 's my wish the next five years.

Health tips :

1. therapy water white 1 liter each morning wake-up, it will nourish the digestive tract and   the health of the body.

2. every morning wake-up drink 1 glass of warm water with 1/2 grains of the juice of the lime juice.

3. every morning wake up do sports like: pull a deep breath through the nostrils, and then hold down then released slowly through the mouth. so that we avoid the incoming wind.

4.always eat-food such as: fruits, vegetables and other.

5. avoid foods containing high cholesterol in food.

            An internasional team of scientists says it has found a “lost world” in the indonesia jungle that is the home to dozens of new animals and plant species. “it’s as close to the Garden of eden as you’re going to find on Earth, “said Bruce Beehler, co-leader of the group.

          The group of Indonesia, American and Australian researchers trekked through an area in the mist-shrouded Foja Mountains of north-western Papua. After being dropped off by helicopter, the researchers spent nearly a month in the area, detailing the wildlife and plantlife from the lower hills to near the summit of the Foja range, which reaches more than 2.000 m in elevation.

         

          The team found four new speciesof butterflies, twenty new species of frogs and a whole series of remarkable plants including five new palms and a giant rhododendron fower. The survey also found a honey-eater bird that was previously unknown to science and the first new bird species discovered on the island of New Guinea since 1939. They also found the breeding grounds of a “lost” bird of paradise. The six-wired bird of paradise was first seen in the late 19^th century but hadn’t been found again since. The team took the first photographs of the golden fronted bower bird displaying its plunge. Besides, the team also recorded a golden mantled tree kangaroo, which was not known to be in this area and is near extinction in other areas. “ it’s beautiful, untouched, unpopulated forest, there is no evidence of human impact or presence,” said Dr. Beehler.
